The TM meetings follow the Robert's Rule of parlimentary procedures.These set of rules lay forward the ettiquettes that have to be followed in the meeting - which results in the meeting being a formal and a professional one. Some of the rules are related to how you vote, how you interrupt a speaker, how you give your feedback, how you adjourn the meetings, etc. It is really imporatnt that we follow these rules (atleast start implementing the rules in a step-by-step fashion) and make certain that the meetings are formal and enthusisastic.
