Here is the next post I sent to my club members about the need and importance of using good parliamentary procedures during the club meetings .....

Hi all,
The TM meetings follow the Robert's Rule of parlimentary procedures.These  set of rules lay forward the ettiquettes that have to be followed in the meeting - which results in the meeting being a formal and a professional one. Some of the rules are related to how you vote, how you interrupt a speaker, how you give your feedback, how you adjourn the meetings, etc. It is really imporatnt that we follow these rules (atleast start implementing the rules in a step-by-step fashion) and make certain that the meetings are formal and enthusisastic.
